Health & Care Professions Council/Working with Children

It is a condition of this insurance that registration with the Health & Care Professions Council is maintained through the duration of the policy.

It is a further condition of this insurance that parental or guardian consent is obtained prior to the treatment/activity. If the therapist does not have DBS (England and Wales), PVG (Scotland) Access NI (Northern Ireland) disclosure then at least one parent or guardian must be present at all times. If DBS (England and Wales), PVG (Scotland) Access NI (Northern Ireland) disclosure is not applicable then parental/guardian consent must be given for the child to be in your sole custody.

All other terms clauses and conditions remain unaltered.
