Relax Kids Coach
It is a condition of this insurance that a health screening/consent form is completed by a parent or guardian of the child. The insurance excludes claims arising where a form is not signed and dated by the parent/guardian.
It is a further condition of this insurance that additional adult support is in place at all times as follows:
Children aged under 3 years yourself and their parent/guardian present at all times
Children aged 3 - 6 years yourself plus one additional adult for every 6 children
Children aged 7-11 years yourself plus one additional adult for every 12 children
Children aged 12 - 16 years yourself plus one additional adult for every 20 children
This endorsement shall not apply if you are working in a school during normal school hours when a class teacher is present.
The policy excludes hosting, running or working at childrens parties
All other terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations in this policy remain unaltered.
